Jordi Duran (Sant Antoni de Vilamajor, 1974) graduated in Catalan Philology (Girona), in Spanish Philology (Girona) and Masters in Inclusive Education (UDL, UIB, UVic). He has also studied Stage Direction and Dramaturgy at the Institut del Teatre - Esad (Barcelona).
He has been assistant director in various theater productions and has been part of the production team of the Free Theatre under the direction of José mountains. He has collaborated with the magazine Artezblai, the weekly column 'Others scenes'. He has also served as Director of Theatre at the University of Girona.
Currently, as a creator, is responsible for the artistic project Dimitri Yalta. He also teaches in the "Master's Degree Programme in Arts and Cultural Management 'UIC (Barcelona).
He has been technical programming FiraTàrrega since 2003 and currently acts as artistic director of the institution. Since 2013 co-directs the Master of Arts in Creative Street (FiraTàrrega and UDL).
